We are delighted to announce that B.S. Entwistle Electrical Contractors Ltd has been named a finalist in the 2026 Oldham Business Awards, shortlisted for Business of the Year in the £1m–£5m category.
The recognition follows another fantastic achievement at last year’s awards, when our Managing Director, Barry McLoughlin, was named Business Person of the Year 2025.
To now be recognised at company level is something we are incredibly proud of and reflects the continued hard work, commitment and dedication of the entire B.S. Entwistle team.
The Business of the Year category recognises organisations that demonstrate strong leadership and vision, successful business performance and a positive contribution to the local area.
As a business with more than 50 years of history in Oldham, we are proud to continue growing while remaining firmly rooted in the community we serve.
We are looking forward to joining the other finalists at the Oldham Business Awards on Friday 2 October and celebrating another fantastic year for businesses across the borough.
Whatever the result on the night, being named a finalist is already a fantastic achievement for everyone at B.S. Entwistle.
